Room license terms

Canton Suite is operated by Boston Neuromind LLC ("we"). Booking a room creates a revocable license to use the room during the booked hours — not a lease or tenancy.

1. Use. Rooms are for professional therapy, counseling, assessment, speech/OT, tutoring, and similar services. No overnight stays, retail, or events.
2. Weekly plans. Your weekday is reserved every week, billed monthly on the 1st through Stripe. Cancel anytime; the plan ends 30 days after cancellation.
3. One-time bookings. Charged at booking. Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time; not refundable inside 24 hours.
4. Insurance. Weekly licensees provide a certificate of professional liability insurance naming Boston Neuromind LLC as additional insured, and keep it current.
5. Your clients. Your clients are yours. We don't collect their information, and you are solely responsible for their care, records, and confidentiality.
6. Access. Your door code works only during booked hours. Don't share it. Leave the room as you found it; report damage the same day.
7. Parking. Free for you and your clients during your booked hours only. No parking outside booked hours, no overnight parking, and no storing vehicles; cars left outside booked hours may be towed at the owner's expense.
8. Coffee & tea station. Help yourself and your clients; $1 per cup in the honor box (or the QR code at the station).
9. Noise and shared spaces. Keep the waiting room and hallway quiet; white-noise machines stay on during sessions.
10. Failed payments. After two failed monthly charges the weekday is released.
11. Termination. We may end a license for misuse, unpaid balances, or an expired insurance certificate, with a pro-rated refund of unused prepaid time.
12. Liability. Rooms are provided as-is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
